Tasty Vege Stir Fry Recipe

A simple and delicious recipe for a vegetable stir-fry:

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional toppings: sesame seeds, chopped green onions

Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

2. Add the sliced onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.

3. Add the bell peppers, broccoli florets, snap peas, and carrots to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

4. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

5. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), sesame oil (if using), salt, and pepper.

6. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.

7. Remove from heat and garnish with optional sesame seeds and chopped green onions.

8. Serve the vegetable stir-fry on its own or with steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
